Slippery elm bark makes a good-tasting and throat-soothing compound that works on hacking coughs. It’s also wonderful for an agitated tummy or irritated digestive tract. Combined with the immune-boosting properties of local, raw honey, the benefits are doubled. First Nations people used slippery elm to make a nutritious gruel for babies. And opera singers in Europe used it to keep their voices sounding smooth. These tasty soothers can be combine with licorice root, Ceylon cinnamon, kelp, or marshmallow root powders as well for added goodness. I’ve had so many repeat orders for these helpful treats that I’d like to share them with you, so you can share as well.

All ingredients will be provided.
