This 6-session course is based on the book, Herbal Antibiotics, Natural Alternatives for Treating Drug-Resistant Bacteria, by Stephen H. Buhner. We study the main resistant organisms, the diseases they cause, and how to create home-made herbal treatments with proven antibiotic actions. Whenever possible, we forage locally for the wild herbs. You will create a unique and viable reserve of highly effective, natural herbal remedies for your personal use, and the knowledge and hands-on experience will be yours forever for future use. Class size is limited to 12 attendees.

ABOUT JENNIE
Jennie is a wild foods and medicinal plant forager, yoga instructor and outdoor guide with over 15 years of experience. She has been influenced by healing modalities from many teachers, including as apprentice to Will Endres; as a year-long student of yoga, yoga philosophy, science and pedagogy in India; and additional study under Esther Myers Yoga, Kripalu Centre for Yoga and Health, Sivananda Yoga (Canada, India), Amy Weintraub, Rodney Yee and Nischala Joy Devi.
