This course combines the therapeutic aspects of Shinrin-Yoku, or “Forest Bathing”, with the ancient practice Yogic breathing, “Pranayama.” Proper breathing can assist in balancing the central nervous system, reduce anxiety, and release thought mental habits that hold us back. And the inhalation of tree-produced chemicals known as phytoncides is scientifically proven to enhance the immune system! This is a wonderful opportunity to tune into nature, get grounded, and super-charge every cell of your body with oxygen and plant energy using a technique that has been healing helping people heal for thousands of years.
In cold weather, blankets and hot-water bottles will be provided.
Light vegan refreshments with wild food ingredients will be served after the walk.
Guests are welcome to stay longer to enjoy the beautiful location and cosy campfire after the walk, weather permitting.
