A 6-week program of 5-hour study-group classes (more or less every three weeks) (Part 1 of II) Dates and times may change – Maximum 12 Please read this whole post before signing up!
Are you ready to take charge of your health? Previously treatable bacterial diseases are now becoming resistant to antibiotic measures, generic due in large part to the massive use of antibiotics in factory farms and overuse in conventional medicine. This course will leave you with the knowledge and resources to provide cost-effective and powerful alternatives – without harmful side-effects.
This is a hands-on course of study based on the book, “Herbal Antibiotics, Natural Alternatives for treating Drug-Resitant Bacteria” by Stephen Harrod Buhner. Over a 6-week period (for a total of 30 hours) we will study the main resistant organisms, according to Buhner, the diseases they cause, and how to create homemade herbal remedies with proven antibiotic actions. Wherever possible, we will forage for our own wild herbs and process them together, creating a unique and viable reserve of natural herbal remedies for personal use. Nine plant groups will be covered.
Each session will be 5 hours long, with a break for lunch; sometimes we’ll indoors and other times in the field. There may be some extra costs for materials as well as you may need to provide your own alcohol or other material for making tinctures.

I am accepting a maximum of 12 students to work with me in this program. No previous experience is required; all we ask is for enthusiasm, fairness, respect and equality in the group.
Note: This is a course for regular people interested in taking charge of their knowledge and health. This is not an herbalism course per se, and I am not a certified herbalist. I will not attempt to diagnose or cure medical issues, or to make claims beyond my scope of knowledge. However, I have worked with herbs and wild plants for over 10 years and I believe in their power to help us. Herbology is the art of following herbal traditions as a layman – this is what I do and what you can do, too. Please look up my bio if you have any questions, or feel free to contact me. You will receive a certification upon completing the course.
