Dates and Times: Every Tuesday from 10:30AM – 11:45AM.
Classes are a relaxed 75-minutes in length.
Fee: $20.00 per session or $150 per 10 sessions

We offer a joyful, gentle exploration of the body and the breath, as well as a wonderful practice of mindful movement, strengthening and relaxation. Students of all levels and abilities are supported in their personal journey as the class is flexible and always-changing as Jennie intuitively responds to the group dynamic.

Jennie offers options for different abilities, so please let her know of any relevant health issues. Yoga mats, straps and blankets are available, or bring your own.

ABOUT JENNIE

Jennie is a wild foods and medicinal plant forager, yoga instructor and outdoor guide with over 15 years of experience. She has been influenced by healing modalities from many teachers, including as apprentice to Will Endres; as a year-long student of yoga, yoga philosophy, science and pedagogy in India; and additional study under Esther Myers Yoga, Kripalu Centre for Yoga and Health, Sivananda Yoga (Canada, India), Amy Weintraub, Rodney Yee and Nischala Joy Devi.
